For one night only, acclaimed Western Australian chef Jed Gerrard – formerly of Wildflower, COMO The Treasury and Hearth at The Ritz-Carlton Perth, and now Culinary Director at Wills Domain – joins the Miss Chow’s team to present a bespoke multi-course menu showcasing one of Australia’s finest Wagyu producers.
Expect a journey through bold modern Asian flavours, from red curry-spiced Wagyu tenderloin and cured Wagyu top round to steamed Wagyu dumplings and roasted Wagyu prime rib, before finishing with jasmine cream, lychee sorbet and pink peppercorn meringue.
