To mark the release of Bollinger La Grande Année 2018, Miss Chow’s South Perth welcome Thibaut Jaubert, Bollinger’s International Business Manager, for an exceptional tasting experience limited to just 20 guests.
Hosted privately outside of our usual lunch service, the morning will begin with Bollinger Special Cuvée NV on arrival, before Thibaut guides guests through a selection of the House’s celebrated Champagnes.
A specially curated three-course brunch will accompany the tasting, culminating in the newly released La Grande Année 2018.
This is an intimate opportunity to taste some of Bollinger’s finest expressions side by side, hear directly from one of the House’s international representatives, and be among the first to experience La Grande Année 2018.
Tickets are $270 per person and strictly limited to 20 guests.
