Bookings Policy

Reservations for up to 4 guests are for 90 minutes, 5-6 guests are for 2 hours and groups of 7 and over are for 2 hours & 30 minutes hours, after which the table may be booked for another party. If you would like extra time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

While seating areas are selectable online, and we do our best to accommodate, this cannot always be guaranteed.

When booking an outside table at applicable venues, a back-up inside table is not reserved in case of bad weather.

Reservations for 11-20 guests at Miss Chow’s South Perth and Miss Chow’s On the Terrace, and 9-20 guests at Miss Chow’s Margaret River are required to dine on a Group Set Menu. À la carte service will not be provided to such groups.

While we will always endeavour to seat groups together, large groups may be seated across multiple tables.

We are a nut-free venue. We kindly ask that no outside food, including children’s snacks, or cakes be brought into the venue.

We prioritise the safety of our guests with allergies and dietary requirements, and while we take precautions to minimise the risk of contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes are 100% allergen free.

A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all public holidays. Credit/Debit Card processing fees apply. Processing fees are non-refundable.
